Walking sessions, manually entered distance, notes, reminder preferences and units stay on your device. No account, GPS, step counter or Health access is required. The publisher does not receive your walking journal. Deleting records or uninstalling removes your local data; operating system backups follow your device settings.
Optional evening notifications require OS permission. They use device local time and selected weekdays. Open the app after travel to refresh schedules. Your OS may delay delivery. Denying permission does not prevent timer or journal use.
Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP-derived coarse location, advertising interactions and diagnostics to provide and measure advertising. Regional Google User Messaging Platform consent is checked before eligible ad requests. Privacy choices are available when required. Advertising does not interrupt the walking timer, and refusing consent or unavailable ads does not block core features. Google privacy policy.
